  • Storage & Reheating Instructions of Cookies & Brownies

    For a warm, “just out of the oven” experience:

    Microwave: Heat your cookie for up to 20 seconds.

    Oven: Preheat to 350°F and warm the cookie for no more than 5 minutes.

  • Shelf Life of Cookies

    Cookies stay fresh for up to 12 days.

    If your cookies contain cream cheese frosting or other dairy-based fillings, consume them as soon as possible or freeze them upon receipt.

  • Freezing Instructions

    Place cookies, brownies, breads & brownies in freezer-safe bags and freeze for up to 3 months.

    To enjoy, bring them to room temperature and follow the reheating instructions listed on this page.

  • Where Are You Located?

    Beez’s Bakery is located in Clarksville, TN, but I am an online-only business.

    Local Pickup & Delivery: Available for orders placed online in advance.

  • How Can I Order?

    Vendor Events: I frequently attend events in downtown Clarksville. Stay updated on my website or social media for event schedules and pop-ups.

    Online Orders: Place an order through my website.

    Custom or Bulk Orders: For larger orders (e.g., weddings, birthdays, work events), contact me via text at (352) 398-2132.

  • Shipping info

    I ship within the U.S. mainland, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, and Canada.

    Shipping Days: Shipments are sent out every Monday.

    Important Notes:

    Perishable items are shipped fresh and in excellent condition, but delays or damages during transit are beyond my control. Any issues should be addressed with the shipping provider (UPS or USPS).

    Shipping Costs:

    Costs depend on the package weight and size, ranging from $6 to $35.

    Calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping provider and method.

    Local Pickup: If you select this option, schedule a pickup time before completing your order.

  • Ingredients

    Each product varies, so please refer to individual product listings for specific ingredients.

    All items contain common allergens such as dairy, eggs, flour, sugar, and vanilla.

  • Do You Offer Gluten-Free or Vegan Options?

    At this time, I do not offer gluten-free or vegan products. My bakery handles ingredients that could cause reactions for those with severe allergies or sensitivities.

  • Do You Handle Large Orders?

    No refunds are offered once your order is confirmed.
